Newly restored Donkey Kong in the original red cabinet. Donkey Kong was released in 1981 in this red cabinet but later transitioned to the blue cabinet most people associate with the game. It’s estimated that only 3% were actually in these red cabinets. This is a real collection piece and Vintage Arcade Gal has a great article on point.
